1) Tell us on our facebook page what you would like to receive from The Polka Dot Poodle on your birthday as your favorite item we offer and that will give you one entry into the giveaway.
2) Invite all your friends to join The Polka Dot Poodle's facebook page and have them tell me who referred them and for every person that comments on our page they and you will receive an entry for their referra.l
3)Write about this contest on your blog or facebook page and you will receive an additional 10 entries into the drawing.(Limit to 1 facebook and one blog entry per day)
Whomever receives the most entries from the above rules, will receive a $30 gift certificate to be use towards any item we offer at The Polka Dot Poodle.
